Throw with a grab of the leg — the moment of the throw

Part 2 – the moment of the throw. The attacker straightens his legs, lifting the opponent’s right leg and takes a step forward with his left leg. With his right leg, the attacker lifts the opponent’s left leg, depriving him of support, and throws the opponent onto the mat with his back. The pose of the wrestlers’ figures – the attacker holds the opponent’s leg with his left hand — by the popliteal bend of his right leg, and holds the opponent’s jacket from behind with his right hand, insuring him from a sharp fall. The attacker’s right leg is placed behind the opponent’s left leg from the inside and jerks it upward, depriving him of support. The attacker, pushing the opponent back, performs a throw.
