Andrey Demidov and Dmitry Samokhvalov performed in the final part of the competition, demonstrating such sambo technique that many completely healthy athletes would envy.» Further on, at the left edge of the stand, there is a photograph of Roman Novikov, to the right, the text, his words from the interview: “When we talk about blind sambo to people who are not immersed in this topic, the question inevitably arises: What can blind sambo wrestlers do, how do they fight if they cannot see at all? That is, it seems that the fight of the blind cannot be spectacular. But the reality is that it can, and this can and should be seen. Our sambo wrestlers, members of the presentation group on blind sambo, show that a person with a lack of vision has access to the entire arsenal of sambo techniques, you only need desire, aspiration, perseverance and training. You practically need the same as a sambo wrestler without health limitations” Chairperson of the FIAS commission for athletes with different abilites Roman Novikov. At the right edge of the stand, there is a photograph of Andrey Demidov, Dmitry Samokhvalov and Viktor Ignatenko in the training hall in Cheongju. Andrey and Dmitry are standing next to each other, Viktor Ignatenko is on their right, this photo is from a master class on blind sambo. Further along the right edge of the stand there is a photograph of Andrey Demidov, Dmitry Samokhvalov, Ivan Morozov and Alexander Perepelyuk in the training hall, the sambists are standing next to each other and looking into the frame.
